converted our clients' paper documents to electronic files that can be easily accessed at
any time, our job is not done. We then help our clients work with the documents easily and
effectively.
 Second Image clients always have the option of viewing the documents we have
photocopied for them either on a CD we prepare for them or online on our secure client
Web site.
For clients requiring X-ray duplication, Second Image can provide these in both traditional
film as well as electronic versions which can be viewed on a CD or online. Both electronic
options have viewing capabilities similar to those used by radiologists
(such as magnification, windows leveling, and rotation vertically and horizontally). Second
Image duplicates all digital films in a DICOM-compliant format.
 Uninterrupted Access to Records
Through Second Image Onlinesm, Second Image clients can view their records from any
location that has an Internet connection.
At Second Image, we realize that we may be hosting information that is critical to our clients' business operations. This means that interruptions to accessing that information are, simply, unacceptable. For that reason, Second Image has redundant data and Web servers. Second Image also has a comprehensive disaster recovery plan.
